As a former Division I athlete, I fully understand the unique demands athletes place on their bodies, and how devastating injuries can be. I treat each and every athlete differently, as no single treatment is "perfect" for all patients. I am a very conservative doctor, and always consider conservative measures first. My ultimate goal is to get you back to the sport you enjoy as quickly and safely as possible using the most current and cutting edge techniques available.

Yes , my son had ACL knee surgery and everything went very smoothly from our first visit through recovery . Not a lot of waiting . Dr Dierckman kind and knowledgeable with good bedside manner .
He is fantastic..takes his time and thoroughly explained everything..very friendly and compassionate.
Dr Dierckman was summoned on an emergency basis this past February 2020 when I developed arthritic sepsis in my right knee post L4/L5 spinal fusion. I consider him my hero for saving my leg. He is truly one of the most kind, considerate, thorough, compassionate, yet humble doctors I’ve ever met. How fortunate for me that my neurosurgeon sent Dr Dierckmam to rescue me from eminent danger.
HE IS A GREAT DOCTOR WHEN YOU HAVE THE BEST YOU FORGET THE REST.
Dr. Dierckman and his staff have been wonderful through the course of my knee recovery. I tore my meniscus and every ligament in my knee, and he repaired everything expertly! I felt comfortable talking with him and his staff about the plan, and any questions I had were well explained and not rushed. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing a complicated knee repair!
This review is long overdue, but if you're experiencing hip pain, pay a visit to Dr. Dierckman. He's an excellent surgeon. He performed arthroscopic hip surgery on me in 2018 in Los Angeles. I had hip surgery as a teen, and afterwards, spent many years in pain with multiple doctors ignoring me. Dr. Dierckman listened, took the appropriate steps, and determined I had FAI and a labral tear. He explained the surgery, post-op outcomes, expected goals, etc. Thank you so much, Dr. Dierckman. You're the best!
Dr. Dierkman and his office staff were a Godsend to me. I had surgery from another physician and had pain for a year, debilitating pain. From the moment I met Dr. Dierkman he said, “I know what is wrong with you.”I was so shocked. I had lost hope. Within one visit and surgery to correct the reason I had been in pain, let’s just say, I am a different person! I can walk, my pain is sooooo much better. This man CARES and I thank God that I found him.
Competent, friendly, listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, addressed my problems thoroughly. Extremely pleased.
When I first met Dr. Brian Dierckman in early May 2020, I was hurting and limping with the help of an upside down putter. He completed a complete left hip joint replacement two weeks later. I was able to walk literally hours after surgery and went home that evening. Today, a little over three week later, I am walking normally, climbing stairs, riding a bicycle and building strength back in my left leg. My surgery was not without some challenges; however, Dr. Dierckman was able to deal with them quickly and easily making the ... read more
