Great staff, comfortable environment, the proceedure was easy & painless. Multiple check-ins prior to the proceedure so I'd know what to expect & a follow-up call the next day.

I waited more than an hour in the room, to be admitted in the procedure room. Doctor Patel already exhausted & I didn’t feel any concern at all.
Dr. Patel and his team were awesome from check in to check out. They explained everything, put me at ease, and were very professional.

I live in Canon City and travel to Colorado Springs and Denver to get quality care with U.C Health. My experience with Peak Gastroenterology was far from quality. I waited TWO HOURS in the waiting room before they took me back to undress for a colonoscopy. Peak Gastroenterology makes all kinds of threats if you're late to your appointment (postponement, $250 fine), but then they make you wait 2 HOURS -- I wasn't the only person waiting that long.
