Dr Patel’s team was very polite and professional. I have been seeing Dr Patel for seven years and have been pleased with his medical analysis.
Dr. Patel and the entire team was friendly, explained everything and very professional. I was nervous and they put me at ease. I could not ask for a better experience!
I waited 4 months for a colonoscopy appointment only to continue waiting on the day of the procedure. After checking in 20 minutes prior to my appointment, I waited another hour and a half in the waiting room. Once I made it to a “room”, the nurse staff appeared overwhelmed and were not at all attentive. I was rolled into the procedure room even though I had not even met Dr. Patel. Staff was amazing. Super kind and made sure I was comfortable. The doctor didn’t say a word to me, just had me sign a paper, then when I was about to go to sleep he answered his phone and WAS STILL ON THE PHONE WHEN THEY KNOCKED ME OUT! Super unprofessional and concerning. got no answers after the procedure and didn’t talk to anyone after my procedure. Super weird.
Doc came in and introduced himself and was very cordial. I was asked a couple questions and next thing I knew I was waking up in the recovery room. All in all was a very quick and efficient visit for an EGD. Handed a quick summary report and once cleared was allowed to be on my way. Received a followup call to ensure all was well. Dr. Patel was absolutely wonderful. Kind, prompt and efficient. He and his staff are the best.
Easy, organize and professional.
Incredibly thankful for the staff and their support during my appointment. I had some major anxiety and everyone was so supportive and patient and nice the entire time while I freaked out. Seriously, thank you to everyone in the clinic that day who helped keep me calm and got me through the procedure.
Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and personable. He is always upbeat and very professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and his practice to everyone. I have been a very satisfied patient of his for over 10 years.
