All of the staff at Peak Gastroenterology were so friendly. Made me feel very comfortable and confident.
I was most impressed with the support staff during my visit. From the initial appointment set up through the aftercare follow-up the staff there was professional and courteous. The day of my appointment was great from start to finish, everyone explained what was going to happen and it went smoothly. IV started easy, anesthesia was 100% perfect with no issues, Dr. Patel made to procedure quick and painless, and discharge was trouble free. Dr Patel was very nice and examined me. I’m looking forward to finding out why I’ve been so sick.
I had questions the day before my procedure but office was unreachable, nobody answered the phones. They also require unnecessary amount of paperwork for information they should already have in their systems. The procedure itself was very professional and staff are very friendly. Dr. Patel is great to work with.

I have been going to Dr. Patel for over 15 years and have found him to be friendly, engaging and very professional. Dr. Patel has always explained what was going to happen and how long it would take. After the procedure he would explain how the procedure went and what I would need to do in the future. Even though Dr. Patel isn't always on time and I take that as he is a very busy and in demand professional, he never seems in a hurry. We even joke about that. Arrived more than the 30 minutes required, still waited an hour after the scheduled procedure start time. While in the waiting room, overheard two employees complaining about how Dr Patel consistently double-books his appointments. Calls to their office are a tedious gauntlet through the automated system; never got through to a live person in under 40 minutes, and then usually on hold again to transfer to someone else. Will never use them again!
Explained the procedure and then at the end Dr. Patel went through what he found, what he did and new steps in trying to determine what he planned on doing in sending items for a biopsy. I felt very comfortable in all the information he provided.
