The staff and Dr. Patel were courteous, helpful, friendly, informative and highly professional. They took great pains to ensure I was informed of all aspects of the colonoscopy I was going to undergo. I was called prior to the procedure to ensure I was ready for it and after the procedure to see if I had any complications and give answer to any questions I might have.
Straight talk. Seemed experienced and easy to talk to. Increased my confidence. Everyone, all staff were great and had good bedside manners.
