Peak Gastroentrology is a good venue - surprising to find an out-patient surgery site in an old victorian building downtown (the conversion is really good). Friendly check-in staff, friendly nurses, although one nurse talked so fast and went through his long list of questions so fast I wasn't sure I was hearing him correctly. The anesthesia nurse was the exact opposite and I appreciated his slowed-down attitude. The staff was friendly and informative. The process went much quicker than I expected.
All of the staff were very kind and welcoming. I was nervous in the beginning, but ended up feeling just fine knowing I was in good hands.
Polite, professional, quick and easy. I received my referral, and setting up the appointment was easy. The staff were polite and professional. My needs were met, and I got in and out very quickly.
He said two words to me before the procedure: "Sign here". He said nothing after the procedure. He did spend a lot of time talking about his investments with his colleagues before the procedure, I could hear him around the corner. This man has no compassion for his fellow man, he's in it for the money; at least that is my impression. Maybe I caught him on a bad day, but I highly doubt it.
