Dr.Patel made sure to introduce himself and was very polite and welcoming making sure I was comfortable and assured. All of the nurses and medical assistants were wonderful as well.
I met him for 30 seconds. My procedure was successful. That is all l can say. Everyone was professional and kind.
He is knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and listens and answers questions. I highly recommend him!
Did not examine me. Did not address all my symptoms. Seams to have made up his mind before he entered room. Very difficult to get helpful information. Condesending.
It was quick I didn't have to wait long before the nurse took me back for my ultrasound and it was quick and painless
Didn't give patient the time of day. Doesn't ever actually treat conditions and only pushes procedures like an endoscopy without actually listening to the patients concerns. Actively ignored the patient during the visit and when patient wasn't ignored patient was talked down to.
The staff is great and he is very knowledgeable and helpful
Dr Patel is polite but direct. He is always willing to answer questions. I appreciate these characteristics from my doctors
No parking was available. When I checked in and gave vidials, I was told that everything was running on schedule and would be taken back shortly. An hour later, I asked how much more time and they said when a bed frees up. I receive my procedure an hour and a half after I was scheduled. I was very disappointed that no one notified me why I was waiting.
