While looking for a good, reliable used car at Douglas for my wife, Nancy, and, we were greeting very well by Jack and Marvin. Both of these gentlemen were very cordial and professional. The first impression usually is always a lasting one. We found a car that Nancy really liked, and we were able to work out a trade with Jack and Marvin. Many thanks to them both for all of their help. The next time that we are looking for a car, we will definitely return to Douglas.

Went back to Douglas Jeep for our 4th Jeep and Pete Mcivers continues to offer professional and friendly service. His knowledge and memory of what we like makes buying a pleasure. Always notice all other employees are friendly and take an interest in all customers. Jeff in finance was prepared and knowledgable. Seen a Ford F150 on the website so I decided to email the dealership. Sue promptly emailed me back even though it was 7:15pm that someone would get back with me the next day. I decided the next day to go to the dealership to see the vehicle. Sue was always in touch and told me to ask for Marvin at the used car lot. Marvin was very courteous.
