RecommendedI had a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in with the receptionist to the salesman Rick. I feel I was given a great price for my new Jeep. Very happy.
The service center took three weeks to get my truck back to me after I was told it would only take a few days. service adviser wouldn't answer or return my calls for days at a time. They didn't clean my truck at all when it was in for an interior leak, they could have at least vacuumed the inside and ran it through the wash. This is the third time I have bought a vehicle from here and its always a hassle after they get their sell. completely disappointed.

Service was excellent but Covid protocols are terrible. Staff, including management, keep masks down/off unless approached by a customer.

Robert, was very helpful in making sure that I had a clear understanding what the issues were and the expected time frame for repair. Do not go here! My wife and I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Carlos. When buying the car there was some back and forth on oil changes he said they would cover the first service and that was all. Today I took the Jeep in for that service and was informed it was not on record. I contacted Carlos who initially said he did not say that (when he did).
