Today, we purchased our third vehicle from sales representative Pete Mcivers. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and makes shopping for a vehicle a pleasure. To complete the picture, the service department has also done a great job for us.
My wife and I decided it was time to trade up to a newer vehicle so we decided to see what Douglas had on the lot. We were very happy to see Jack Prater was there to help us out. We went in there looking for a different model than what we ended up test driving. Jack said lets go for a ride and after driving the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, my wife knew that that was the SUV she wanted. Jack worked with us to get us at the payments we wanted and a great deal on our trade in. If you need help at Douglas Jeep, Jacks your guy.
My spouse and I were looking for a mini van to fit the needs of our family, we search for a while and ended up finding some that we liked at Douglas Jeep used cars lot. We told our sales man Thomas, what we were looking for and he showed us just what we wanted. He was honest, helpful and informative. I would recommend anyone to look here first. Excellent experience buying our car! Jack Prater made this an enjoyable experience and we couldn't be happier with our choice to buy from Douglas Jeep. We will be back in the future for our next purchases with Jack. Would have to say out of all the vehiclesame we have bought in the past from various dealerships. Last week I bought a used Jeep Wrangler. Dave Franklin made the process a breeze. We weren't talked down to or intimidated like other big dealerships. He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep and showed us how to work everything and even taught us how to use 4wd in the construction lot next door! Would be happy to come down here from Tallahassee to get another car again!
