At that time I also had a diagnosis and a price for the repair of the check engine issue. I was given options (which is nice) since they did not have the part. Beware when getting a repair done. Have them thoroughly check your warranty coverage before taking it in as it is not cool to tell a customer a repair is covered under warranty, then after they begin work, call and say it's not then tell you you should have gotten their extended warranty through Fidelity. Oh yes, and the rental car they provided is no longer covered either. BYE BYE Firkins. Anyone want to buy a 2017 RAM 2500 Diesel 4WD with ALL SERVICE RECORDS???
