please have techs fully review vehicle before given back to an owner. make sure oil lights are reset especially if coming for an oil change. . .I shouldn't have to go back and reset something. when I paid you to do it. if I wanted to change my oil I would have done it myself. at least I know everything is done properly. . never going back there AGAIN.
Worst experience ever!! They are selling vehicles that their mechanics can’t fix or figure out the problem!! I scheduled an appointment @8a and still waited 2 1/2 hours. I wasn’t even acknowledged when I pulled up like the 3 cars behind me!! Finally a rep asked if I was being helped, I said no I was just told to pull up. After watching everyone come and go, knowing I had an appointment was very frustrating, so I got my keys and left! My car was In the same spot all morning, not even an attempt to be moved.
