This dealership has the best and i mean very best customer service. 5 stars all the way they went above and beyond to get me the car i wanted and financing i needed i cant say how pleased i was with my experience. They put so much effort into everything they did from financing all the way to explaining how and when to refinance down the road and i absolutely love my car.
The experience here was pretty easy and simple. This is the first car I'm buying myself so o feeling a little uneasy but David Franklin and everyone took care of me.

My wife and I would like to thank Sean Piscorik and Pete McIvers for making our purchase of a new Ram truck a hassle free pleasant experience. They both were extremely knowledgable of the product lines as well as friendly and helpful with every aspect of the transaction. As this is the first vehicle we purchased at Douglas we can only hope that the service department is as knowledgable and friendly as these two gentleman were.

I live in Lehigh Acres and I don't regret driving almost an hour and half it was well worth it... Best of all besides them being nice I got the car I wanted 2016 Chrysler 300.......
