Not refer to a woman as a man because she’s wearing a Victoria secret hat. Not tell me on phone I could come in for oil change then I get there and they only have one tech with two cars in front of me and want me to come back!
The service department is ridiculous. They don’t want you to make appointments to get your oil changed. Say it’s Speedi, what a joke. Was just told it would be 2.5 hours to wait. Last time it took over an hour. They say you get 4 free oil changes. I don’t call that free when I’m told I have to wait that long and that I have to drive up here. IF I KNOWED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SUCKED I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT A VEHICLE HERE!!!! And urge anybody to not buy from here.

RecommendedAbsolutely loved the staff! very kind and the service manager himself discussed all options with us. we loved the personal care. we felt very comfortable and Isis was so sweet and professional. we will be forever customers and will ve referring friends and family. My daughter and I were both able to leave in our vehicles of choice. ❤

This place is complete fraud.. They will get so deep into lying just so you can get accepted for the vehicle... I had my dream 2020 jeep wrangler just for them to call me 8 DAYS later and telling me i was not accepted forcing me to bring the car back and walk back home.... I’m very upset, i wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to purchase from them... Between Anthony and the red haired manager, i don’t know whose behind the schemes.. But save yourself and don’t purchase from them!!!
