Took my Jeep in for service, they had it all day, I had to call multiple times, finally. At 4 they finally answer and wanted to keep over night, charged 159.00 just for diagnosis. Then wanted almost double the price of parts for my Jeep. They are way over priced and have poor company skills

Mixed results with Cronic. Good job to replace my water pump that failed twice now. Poor job communicating why receipt of some replacement Jeep dashboards have been received within a reasonable time and mine is now approaching 1 year between request and new projected receipt. While Cronic has no influence over Jeep they certainly could communicate such delays to customer. I am now suspicious that the dash was either never ordered or mine was given to someone else.
RecommendedTyler Hite has been a very patient and easy to work with. Found a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica and made the deal.
