Walked in on Sunday looking at a particular car. Had been approached by David Barth. I let David know how I felt that I was taken advantage of at Sarasota Ford by their finance office and I would walk if same happen here. Purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 4x4 in December. It had a scratch on it at delivery. We have it documented and a 'we owe' from the dealership that they will fix it & have been getting the run around for over a month till they figure out who is paying for it. Not my problem. Fix my truck!
