We bought our vehicle a few months back and got the call the other day the dealership forgot to have my husband sign off on the title for our trade in, the person who called me was extremely rude and said it was my fault and on me which is ridiculous for it being something THEY forgot 4 months ago. Do not recommend this place for being so rude towards me over this and not being understanding as I can’t just up and come in to sign something THEY forgot to have signed. Will be contacting the BBB as well.
