Service Department was either utterly inept or grossly inconsiderate of my time, repeatedly giving me inaccurate information about when the simple service I requested would be completed. 7 hours wasted! And the service department seems equally indifferent to their customers’ safety and health in the midst of a spike in cases. No social distancing required in waiting area. Several employees not wearing masks. No hand sanitizer in restrooms or waiting area. I will not return.
RecommendedZack at Douglas jeep changed my thinking about dealing with dealerships. He was very polite, very knowledgeable. Zack was just straight to the point and did not give me the runaround. Not only did I buy one jeep Rubicon but I bought two.

Couple of years ago I visited Florida with my family and totaled my car there I have no place to go not too much choices without a car, so I choose Douglas they are being so "friendly", so I bought the car from them and end up praying for the used car like for the new almost 25%. So beware of predatory landing and "friendly staff"

RecommendedWe bought 2 Equinoxes in a 4 month span and just bought our daughter a Trax great people to work with and Troy Blair came in on a day off so I could look at a few vehicles before we settled on the Trax. Will definitely use Dunning and Troy when Its time for another New Vehicle.
