MY WIFE AND I TEST DROVE A PICK-UP TRUCK WEDNESDAY AT THIS DEALERSHIP. WHEN WE ARRIVED WE WERE MET BY TOM FIELDS WHO WAS GOING TO CONTACT THE PERSON THAT WE HAD SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE. EVIDENTLY THAT PERSON WAS WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER SO TOM HELPED US WITH THE VEHICLE AND WITH THE PAPERWORK ON A SALES AGREEMENT. Did a lot of research on what my family needed in an SUV. We found what fits our needs and Douglas Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep had what we were looking for at a better price and gave us a better price on our trade. Bert got us started and Pete closed the deal. The finance dept even got us a lower APR than my bank. I would go back in a heartbeat.
