Just bought a new Wrangler Unlimited Sahara from Pete. I think this is the 21st purchase from him. My wife and I own 3 wranglers and a Grand Cherokee and we have 6 jeeps and a dodge in our family from Douglas. We have put hundreds of thousands of miles on jeeps since 1992. They also provide great service. So go see Pete and tell him Greg sent you!
They are Dodge and misdiagnosed my parents' Dodge Charger AFTER charging them $1,700 and then tried charging them another $1,100. Oh, but that's not it. My mom forgot her phone on the counter and it was stolen by an employee by the time she walked out of the door, realized it, and went right back in. Yeah, they even said no one else was there besides employees. Please don't take your vehicles here if you want honest, intelligent people working on your car.
What a terrible experience! We bought a used Durango. They gave us a 2k/2month warranty which was great. We knew something was wrong with the AC a little later.. It would blow cold when accelerating and not cold at all at stop lights. We could also hear what sounded like a belt making noise when it was turned on. Took it back in within the warranty period and they told us absolutely nothing was wrong. Took the Durango on a long trip with our 1 year old and the AC went completely out on the way home.
