Most defiantly a 5 star experience! Craig Jeff and the managers unlocked many doors for me! They worked diligently to place me in a safe affordable vehicle I can feel proud to call my own! They made me feel comfortable and gave me a tour of the whole facility! Brian Tesch at Douglas was amazingly patient and helpful in aiding us with the purchase of our new town and country van...he is a no pressure salesman, which is why we liked him...he even helped us lower our insurance by recommending a company. We have so far sent two customers his way...when our sons ready for a new car he is going to see Brian at Douglas...Thank you for employing such wonderful people...even the financing staff went out of their way to help us get a loan while saving money
Pete McIvers is the best car salesperson on the planet. He listens and makes the car buying experience fun and exciting...not your typical salesperson pressure. We got the exact car we wanted with all of our desired features and nothing extra, and at a good price. Beware, however, the finance department will try to sell you an extended warranty that can add as much as 20% to the cost of your vehicle. Just make sure to ask for the price without any additional warranties.
Best customer service for a dealership I have experienced in this 2 month fiasco of car shopping! Tom Fields was VERY knowledgeable and considerate of my wants and needs in a vehicle. In fact EVERYONE we encountered were just plain wonderful including John, Josh and Mr. Douglas himself. Thank you very much for patiently answering my questions and the great experience!
