Absolutely the worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. Because of this, I will not be giving this dealership another chance when my lease is up. Terrible customer service on all ends except my sales person, who I think doesn’t even work there anymore. He was amazing to work with and make the process so easy. I’m so disappointed that the whole experience is tainted because of everyone else.

RecommendedMy car had been going absolutely nuts, all kinds of lights going off, not wanting to start and those wind shield wipers would NOT stop. 😅 I brought my car in after work while it was messing up and Jerry and Louis dropped everything and came straight over to mess with my car. After scanning, unplugging and plugging everything they could they found the problem! Something so simple that I thought was going to be a thousand dollar fixed turned into a hundred dollar problem.
