Absolutely horrible service dept experience. Brought my 2018 Chrysler 300s in today. Mr Lifton’s car. Because one headlight was repeatedly going out. Causing me to get a ticket. It’s not the bulb. I left my car there for the day. At which point they said they could not find a problem. I was talking to Paul who is not the best. RecommendedI took my Jeep in because it wasn’t running right. Was told that I had serious repairs that needed to be done. Tyler (service advisor) was extremely professional and I can say that I have never experienced customer service like this before. He was patient, understanding, and contacted me promptly exactly when he said he would. I recommend going here even if you don’t have a Chrysler product. They will take care of you.

At 8 months pregnant, I was trying to get out of my lease with my two door Jeep Wrangler. This would have been my fourth time purchasing a car with Kelly, but this time around was not pleasurable.
