Douglas made car buying easy. Karen Lanni was our sales person and she is great to work with. Knows a lot about the cars and if she didn't have immediate answers she followed up promptly. John Grupe the Recon Manager as made sure some minor finish issues on my new car have been taken care of and has taken time to explain how to care properly for tbe car's finishes. Thanks all!
