I have now purchased/traded five vehicles at Douglas, through Craig Nereim, and couldn't ask for a better, more knowledgeable, sales rep. Most importantly is that he listens and works towards satisfying and matching the vehicle to your needs. Most recently, we did a custom order on a 2017 Ram and couldn't be more satisfied with the results. In fact, as a former boat and euro-motorcycle sales rep myself, I would have to give Craig and outstanding on all aspects as a sales rep and ambassador for Douglas.
I must say I had a great experience on the lot with Scott Essex. I have been to six dealers now just getting a feel for whats out there - I like to take my time when it comes to big purchases. I had no pressure but a lot of information and facts about the cars I was interested in Thank you again Scott Douglas is at the top of my list now just waiting for that tax return :-)
Came in last weekend to look at Jeep Grand Cherokee. We came o Douglas after leaving another Jeep dealership in Punta Gordy. Our salesman Robert Pierce showed us the new Grand Cherokee, put together a deal and we traded in my 2014 Grand Cherokee. Would recommend Robert Pierce.

What a great experience we had in purchasing our 2015 Jeep. Jack Prater made the experience go smoothly and David and Debbie in financing were very helpful throughout the process. We were so impressed by the service that our daughter went back and purchased a car the next day, again with the help of Andrew Perri and Jake the whole process was professional and efficient.
