We just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Pete McIvers. We had our windows tinted after the deal was done. Pete picked up our new car and brought it to the dealership to have it done. I have been looking for a new car for a while. Just driving by yesterday i decided to swing into Douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge. I was really glad I did because I was able to meet Jack Prater. Jack is one of the best car salesmen i have met. He is very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all like all the other dealerships i have been to. Jack Prater made my car shopping experience enjoyable and easy. I will remember Douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge for all my future car needs.
My husband set out yesterday to trade in our Jeep Wrangler. He went to other dealerships with no luck. Douglas Jeep and Rob Pierce proved to be the best. Rob is an excellent salesperson, very knowledgeable, personable, and able to work the deal. We recommend that anyone looking to purchase a Jeep,Dodge or Chrysler head straight to Douglas and Rob Pierce to get the best in the business.
Salesman Jack in used cars was awesome. Got us in and continued to work with us until we were right where we needed to be on payments. Referred a friend to him and they also bought a car. Will continue to refer to Jack.
Had a surprisingly pleasant car buying experience from Douglas Jeep over the weekend. Bought a used Hyundai Genesis from Scott Essex, never at any points was he pushy or impatient as I was trying to make up my mind. Same must be said of the sales manager (Marvin) that Scott was working with. Drove down from Sarasota to buy because I was not happy with the tactic employed by one of our local dealer with couple of same exact car!
Salesman Jack was awesome! He showed me the car I was interested in, didnt detour me to others. Helped me make a deal that fit my budget and made sure scratches were buffed out of my New/Used 2016 300 sport!!! Go see Jack!!
Easy to work with and we reached a mutually agreeable deal quickly. Drove up from Cape Coral and they had all paperwork ready for signing as promised.
