I bought the 4 pack oil change and tire rotation package. After my oil change, I noticed vibrations and called in to ask about it. I asked if they balanced the tires and the staff told me that “you have to ask for that, and it costs extra”. SMH. Not only did they not balance my tires in five oil change/rotation, they never asked me or advised me on it. I’m accustomed to better service than I have received at this service department.
