Excellent service. Karen was one of the best sales agents we have ever had. She had our paper work done and car cleaned by the time we got there from Fort Myers. She was wonderful to work with and we ended up with a much better deal then we expected to get when we started our jeep search. I would recommend both Karen and Douglas Jeep.
OMG! I can't thank Douglas Jeep enough for all the time they put into helping me get into a vehicle. Unfortunately I was unsuccessful to get into the vehicle I had my eyes set on due to my situation but Karen was the best sales person I ever had the pleasure of working with. I'm still looking for a vehicle and I'm going to continue to work along the side of Karen and her team. I couldn't thank them enough. Hands down the best dealership in this area. I just bought a car from Robert Pierce . What an amazing salesperson! He was very knowledgeable, but most importantly, he has a great style and does not pressure you to make a decision. My husband purchased a jeep wrangler two years ago. Looking to buy a new car. We talked to our salesman Pete like before. He was extremely helpful in trying to help us purchase a new pacifica van since now we have a family.
