The service is the worst I have ever been to. Slow as well as they have made up things I needed3 different times. nice people just terrible service and not very professional. It is sad to think I will never buy a Chrysler or Jeep product again because of the service Dept. I have owned 2 Jeeps 1 Chrysler a now have a Ram truck. Service dept. has never changed. Poor.

made an appointment. waited 30 minutes for anyone to help me. waited for 2 hours for my car to be serviced. finally left called 5 times could not get an answer on when my car would be done. went to get my car, 7 hours later. they didn't have the part. they ordered the part and were supposed to call me when the part came in. I called twice never got a call back. I gave up and went somewhere else very rude. WORST SERVICE EVER!
