Brought Jeep Wrangler in and told service to install a new PCV. They said they would run a diagnostic and any work done would be applied to service for the charge. Told them to install PCV, waited all day to tell me it was ready. Showed up and nothing done as I instructed them. They said PCV was not leaking. I never said it did. It was causing the leak. They wanted to change auxiliary oil cooler for $972 and replace a leaky axle seal for $1000 plus . Was totally pissed but just paid and left. I had brought Jeep in several ti... read more

Olympia Jeep is very disorganized! I arrived for an appointment I had for a recall for my 2018 Renegade on 1-29-21 at 3 PM and I arrived on time. I waited nearly two hours and my Jeep had not moved from where I parked it. I finally inquired about it and finally it was taken to get the recall done (which took about 15 min. ) I received an email today that I never showed up for my appointment. Really?
