Service department misdiagnosed an issue on my 2009 Jeep Wrangler and charged me for unneeded parts. I talked to the service manager and felt completely disrespected after getting off the phone with him. Won't be taking my jeep to this service department anymore after this situation on top of improperly installing parts on my vehicle. Very disappointed.

We had what we thought was a major repair on our Jeep. Jed in the service department was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly professionally and honestly, wasn't nearly as bad as we thought. The repair was made quickly and Jed explain things clearly so we understood what was going on. We were treated like family. Thanks Jed. If we need repairs in the future we will not hesitate to go back.
