They gave me a rental car then 16 days later said it wasn't covered and stuck me with a diagnostic bill and the rental bill. wasted $650 bucks. I will update this when my lawsuit is finished. 16 days is way to long to figure out if it covered or not. I didn't ask for a rental car they said here you go.
BEWARE CRAPPY DEALERSHIP! SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE! We drove 4 hours across state lines to pick up a brand new jeep Cherokee. We put $500 down to have them hold it for us. When we arrived, we took the car to the end if the lot, got out and walked around to admire the beauty. But instead, we found the bottom of the passenger door had multiple scratches some so deep you could get our finger nail caught. We drove it back to get our salesman Devan. Fraudulent vehicle and NO customer service.. Every day my grandkids are at risk driving around in this van with a damaged frame that has been totaled and duct taped back together is another day that Doug Smith shows how much they really care about the safety of families. Their poor customer service is a shame. They sold this vehicle as pre certified and even sold a warranty on it. horrible service department they don't care at all for your vehicle. leave it with grease and dirt stains everywhere and cant be bothered to put a sun shade back up that was up when I dropped it off and they'll leave your brand new vehicle parked in high traffic areas so i hope you don't mind the chance of getting door dings

Be honest, ethical, and caring! This is the most dishonest and unethical dealership in Utah, they are deceitful, and will find every way possible to not help or take care of you. Horrible place, DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR OR WORK WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!
