I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Doug Smith on 1/25/2020 and I must say that he experience was outstanding as was my salesperson Jeff Winn. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Jeep. Everyone at the dealership was very kind and helpful. No doubt about where I will go next time.
Terrible experience here today in SERVICE. Last week I had Factory recall work done on my Durango. That same night found that my rear seat warmers were broken and would not stay on. (Although used the night before). So I took it back to have it looked at, Because when I went in they worked and left with them broken. Now it’s $600 + labor to fix! (Not paying because obviously they don’t want me to keep bringing my vehicle back). Even worse I still had to pay the $98.46 to have them diagnose their mistake.
I worked with Andy, Val, and Casey to purchase a Ram Rebel 1500. They were very accommodating and fair at a very busy time of year. I appreciated their professionalism and respect to my time. I Highly recommend this dealership!
The service department has been HORRIBLE to work with. They have had our truck for almost 2 weeks and getting an update from Chris the service advisor has been like pulling teeth. He does not call with updates, sends calls straight to voicemail when we call, says it will be done when it’s not, etc etc. The only way to receive updates is to drive into their shop and ask. Service department is horrible. Still waiting on our Cherokee. Simple hood adjustment. Been a week now. No communication.
A one day radiator replacement took nine days and four times I heard "I'll check on that and call you right back." Finally after a week I called the manager, who actually did call me back. Not only was it not finished, it needed another part that had to be ordered. Two more days and it was finally done. They promised to slash the bill to make up for it but barely took off anything. I will never go back there!
I have been a repeat customer at Doug Smith and have always been so happy with our experience. Gabe Smith was so helpful with the purchase of my new Jeep and treated us like family.
