The service shop is incompetent. They overcharge, take way too long to do even small maintenance and don't return phone calls or accommodate when they make mistakes.
Shantay works here and she's gotten me and my fiancé into our cars always and she's awesome go talk to her.
Brad Smith is amazing! He went out of his way to help me, and showed up on his day off to help me purchase my new car. He has gone above and beyond to help me and I'm so grateful for all of his help. By far the best customer service experience I've had buying a car ever!!
I was lied to about a maintenance package we purchased there. Benjamin Edwards told me not to worry about the package my wife had purchased because although the end of my lease is coming much before the end of the term of the service agreement, I could call MOPAR and get reimbursed for the remainder of the service package... not true. MOPAR said it's clearly stated in the agreement that it isn't cancellable nor is it transferrable. Terrible experience. They should send their surveys out 60 days AFTER you buy from them; I highly doubt you'd have the same opinion. I would never buy from Doug Smith again and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
