Take forever to do repairs and screw their customers. Brand new Jeep that stinks when the engine shuts off since we got it and they are trying to blame it on us with a clogged air filter. Scam artists.

I was saddened by the lack of communication with me when I had my vehicle brought in. I brought my car in before 10 am, and then didn't hear anything until I call them at nearly 3 for an update. They stated they had just gotten the results and were about to call me. That is all good then, but after we agreed on the services that should be performed, I was not notified at all when it was finished.
