We had a great experience purchasing our car through Doug Smith! Ivan was great and helped us track down the car we were really hoping for. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I thought buying a new car and having a warranty was a good idea but apparently not. I have dealt with the service department 3 times in 3 years and never had a positive experience. They tell me that I won't have to pay then tell me that the problem is something that they should have fixed two years ago and then try to get me to pay for labor when that was never discussed.
