I highly recommend this salon not just as a hairdresser or coffee bar, but as a unique, multisensory, and transformational space. I booked for a full hair highlights and cut, the result is beautiful and the staff were nice but it’s not what I expected! I asked for blonde highlights it doesn’t look blonde to me to be honest it’s more like light brown! For the price I did expect blonde highlights to be more noticeable! They have excellent customer service. After my review, they reached out to offer another appointment to make the changes I wanted. Lucy is an excellent stylist—professional, attentive, and skilled. I have thick, dark hair and wanted it to be lighter and thinner while still growing it out. I’m also quite particular about my fringe, as it feels like my signature accessory. It was a tricky request, but Lucy managed to give me exactly what I wanted. On top of that, she’s warm and friendly, and we had a lovely chat while she worked on my hair.
