Room was very clean and spacious. The decor and style were really nice. The bed sheets were clean, nice and smooth. The staff was great! Ordered dinner from the Canopy restaurant and the food was done to perfection. I ordered the pork chops and grilled veggies. Yummy! I only stayed for one night on business travel. All of these for only $129/night! Super deal!
Was very ellegent. Beautiful . Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and people are very freindly.
Always a pleasant experience and great service from the staff. Rooms are always tidy and clean. We stay there each trip when we visit the Cleveland Clinic.
Awesome staff, nice view, got the 9th floor or the HHonors floors was really nice I might come back again to that same place
The staff was friendly and accommodating ... I would recommend this hotel to any travels to the area. Loved the showers and the rooms... Beautiful and very clean.
