Do not recommend. Never use the valet here. They allow their employees to cheat in your vehicles with no consequences. I’m not the only person who’s had a problem with the valet here.
Great atmosphere . Old time styling, very beautiful! Close to Cleveland Clinic.
We've stayed at this hotel twice and enjoyed it the first time. When we picked up our car to leave this morning, however, we noticed one of the valets stole change from our console. They were well-tipped, no reason for that. Also, the door-less shower concept isn't working too well, looked like plaster was disintegrating near the floor at the bathroom door. Coverlet had two stains. This isn't a cheap hotel, and we expect better than this.

What a nice old (and I do mean old) hotel. Lots of nice sort of modern updates, but still retains that old style charm. Real wood floors in the room! I love that!

Beautiful hotel! We just hosted my sisters wedding here and it was absolutely beautiful! The ballroom and cocktail hour space were absolutely perfect. The food at the reception and breakfast the next morning were also delicious. We had a lot of out of town guests and it was wonderful having everyone together under one roof for the weekend. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to stay after hours in the bar the evenings of the rehearsal dinner and wedding.
