Our check in time was 4o’clock and we were not able to get into our room till 11 PM. We waited an hour in the lobby after we got there from the baseball game, for check-in because they were still cleaning the room and putting it together. We stayed only an hour in our room because the guests were so loud that we were not even able to sleep. We had no towels when we got in the room so we called down to get towels and after a half hour of waiting I went down and got my own. Cancelled our reservation days before our trip so that they could accommodate booking a large group. I'm sorry but if you don't have room for a group you don't accommodate them by cancelling on people that have already made reservations. Unprofessional.
