The rooms were very modern and clean. The best part of the stay were the personal interactions and service from the professional yet friendly staff!
Very beautiful hotel, and the history behind it. My father-n-law use to have a store inside there when it use to be Job Corp. I took my wedding photos inside, but my only complaints are the closet space/rack to hang your clothes were definitely to low, you are forced to valet park due to the location of the hotel, and for the money you pay to stay breakfast and parking should be free for guest.
Had one overnight stay due to a visit for our daughter to the eye clinic. Overall Beauty! Love the history too! Staff was helpful when requested, but the valets were the best over & beyond...both on arrival & departure. Disappointed in the Restaurant....very overpriced... $98 + $25 tip for 3 of us was a bit much (in our world)...guess I expected it to be a bit more impressive in taste & presentation...it was not...But, we passed it off as a rare treat...as we weren't up to a shuttle to look elsewhere. Stayed here June 30 thru July 2. It was,a great experience. The staff was so friendly especially Sharianna, and Darell. The room was large and and extremely clean. The bed was so comfortable and pillows I wish I could have taken home. I loved my stay. Thanks again for making our stay so welcoming.
Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. Rooms large and comfortable. Convenient shuttle to neighborhoods. Very pleasant stay.
Fantastic beyond belief. What a touch of class for Cleveland. I hear it once was The Cleveland Athletic Club for rich old men. Wonder where the women went? What great architecture and history! Very comfortable beds and spacious, beautiful rooms.
