Was there to set up an event today and everyone was so accommodating and helpful! By far one of the most exceptional venues that showed they cared about every aspect that was taking place. Beautiful venue!
The staff is amazing. The building is beautiful!! Excellent food.
Most of the employees are very friendly. ...the breakfast is overpriced and very weak. Its a Motel 8 at Trump Tower price.
Friendly staff. Beautiful architecture. Great location for access to the hospitals, and any university circle cultural venues. Little Italy is right around the corner.
Wonderful old hotel, renovated with all modern amenities. My hotel of choice when visiting the Cleveland Clinic.
