It's past midnight and the kind folks here have away my room. They didn't notify me. After cabbing it here, here I sit, homeless for the evening. Staff is nice, but this place sucks. This is the second time they've screwed up with my room. Last time there was blackish mold blowing from the vents. Hilton, YOU SUCK.
It is a beautiful hotel and I loved that I went to my granddaughter's Bat Mitzvah there.
Wonderful hotel! They make you feel at home. The front desk staff is top notch.
The staff are great very pleasant and helpful but the last few days the transit has been very iffy not showing up or being available at scheduled times. But nobody has died over it so guess we will be ok. Hopefully Monday will be a better day

The staff were all very friendly and engaged with the guest, the desk receptionists always offered warm soft chocolate chip walnut cookies. The facilities were clean and kept up. Being from out of town Telesha (not sure on spelling) was very hepful in recommending places to eat. Kevin from maintenance was very friendly and great guy as he took the time to ensure our stay was as fantastic as it could be. Thank you Tudor Arms for the making our Cleveland Clinic stay as pleasant as it was.
