We had a great stay there March 2014. Michelle and staff was a joy at the front desk. The room was very clean and our house keeper made little towel Animals for me to brighten my day, after my Surgery. Great place and going back in July!
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. If it wasn't for the fact that they were reasonably priced and close to the Cleveland Clinic I would have gone else where. DO NOT GO!
