I stayed their for the Cleveland Browns season opener with my brothers and was pleasantly surprised on how big the junior suite was. The customer service needs some work, very nice people but I stood in what I thought was a line and no one I'll be with you or bare with us. Their was a young girl at the last desk who who looked at me several times but did not acknowledge if I've been helped. She was professional but not pleasant. We stayed here for two nights for a wedding, and will not return. The hotel has been refurbished, but not carefully or with quality materials. Our soap dish was missing from the shower and the towel bar was falling out of the wall. The pillow top on the bed was completely lumpy and uneven and the bedding was just ok. We complained to the desk downstairs and the took care of some of this 24 hours later. Our room on Day 2 wasn't cleaned when we returned to it at 2:30 and they couldn't find our maid. In town for work at the local Wine Festival and booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. The first stand out was the staff:WOW! So friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them. Hotel is absolutely beautiful and our room was very nice. We even had a trailer we needed to bring back with us for our last night and the valet service took it right in stride and took care of everything. You guys get an AAA++

Everything was just on point. Nice staff and excellent food.
I stayed at the Tudor for a whole week. It was excellent Nice staff, very good food, and if you take the Healtline downtown for $5,- it only costs you 15 min. A good place to stay in an historic building with modern rooms!
