Excellent staff! Exceptionally good at helping navigate appointments at the clinic. Will stay here on all our visits to the clinic.
This place is top notch rooms are beautiful staff was awesome room service and food great valet sweet only place I'm staying when in Cleveland
The hotel was very nice. Staff were pleasant and friendly. We checked in easily and were given warm fresh chocolate chip cookies! We stayed in a junior suite, it was very spacious for my husband and I and our two teenagers! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, modern decor in the room. There is a small gym on the fifth floor which would have been nice to try but we were on a time crunch. The location was close to downtown. There for a wedding ( which was beautiful) but the hotel.... not to good. Started off with the room... long black hair on pillow case, mine is blonde so I know it wasn't mine. Bathroom door fell off track EVERY TIME you opened or closed it. Bed described as pillow top, but it definitely was not. We had a downtown skyline view.. problem was the shades on the windows were broken so you couldn't open them to enjoy view. Lastly the elevators....we were stuck in elevator for 15 mins. Fantastic hotel close to Cleveland Clinic where I was visiting to support my father having surgery. Telisa and Jennifer had great hospitality skills and truly cared about our stay. The Tudor Arms Hotel Cleveland is now a DoubleTree (A Hilton Brand) It's close to downtown Cleveland but it's location on Carnegie makes it a perfect and less expensive option if you are visitin the Cleveland Clinic from out of town.
