Room was nice...but cold. Took us a while to figure out the thermostat. Beds comfortable. The television was adequate size. However I do not like the fact that I could not get closed captions on this particular television. Staff very nice...food is way over priced though.
Staff very attentive. Valet very prompt and check in was a breeze. Shuttle to Cleveland Clinic very convenient and staff very informative with the shuttle schedule and showing genuine concern about getting me back to the hotel. Love the old style and history behind the hotel. Room very basic with small bathroom but meets my needs. Would highly recommend!!
We only got to stay one night and were in town on business but wish we could have stayed longer, our rooms were perfect, the hotel was beautiful and Stephen the manager gave us a personal tour of the building and taught us so much, you could tell he truly enjoyed his job and took great pride in this beautiful historic building! Thank you for a unique and memorable stay!
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was great. The breakfast was overpriced and atrocious, The eggs were green.
The ballroom and adjoining banguet spaces are redecorated and restored in a very fine fashionably appropo palette This is a tremendous space I have never been disappointed by any DoubleTree and I have stayed or had meetings at (probably thirty of them) this one gets high marks like all the others.
Very small rooms. Loud heating n cooling. 800# said free bkft. Loud front desk lady said no free bkft included in the nearly $300 ( including tax) price. Common areas are nice... Down hill after. Short staffed? Could not recommend for overnight.
