I highly recommend this hotel! The hotel is beautiful and modern; the rooms are clean and comfortable.The staff, for us Kai and Steven, were so wonderfully accommodating and went above and beyond to help us with extending our stay for us to be able to stay with them during our family members surgery week as it had been postponed twice. We felt bothersome having to come down twice to do so but they handled it swiftly. We will definitely recommend to our family who visits Cleveland Clinic or the Cleveland area. 🙂
Check in was a little on the drama side...the front desk staff when I arrived made it sound complicated and dramatic that the reservation was not in my name....which took her all of 3 seconds to resolve..but the way it was presented was beyond dramatic...at 1am not exactly pleasant when she makes it seem like you are not going to have somewhere to stay...than it's a simple fix. My phone just rang at midnight to see if I had a car in the parking lot and if I was in fact the correct guest in the room! It’s 12:02am! Midnight!!! Where in the history of the hospitality industry did it ever make sense to wake a guest a midnight because you lost their information? Seriously?!?!
Beautiful and an amazing experience
Beautiful historic hotel! Gorgeous room full of windows!! Very friendly & welcoming staff!!! Walking distance to the museums. Only issue was the shuttle not picking us up at the airport, which they said they offered when we booked our room.

Made my Aunts stay amazing!! If you get a chance to stay at this beautiful hotel you should definitely take the tour!!
