Horrible experience w/ many levels of management. They do not care about the safety and well being of the customer or about the service they are putting out. It’s all about $$$ to them. Do not recommend. Spend your $$ where you will be taken care of.

RecommendedWe love staying at this hotel when I have appointments the next day at the Cleveland Clinic ❤ it's an amazing place to stay 🥰 we don't stay anywhere else but here 😍 I would recommend this place to anyone ❤ the employees are very nice & friendly 😘 we are here now till tomorrow morning 😀 then we will be back in June 😉
