As someone who is a rewards member and stays in many of the hotels around the UK this was disappointing. The hotel itself is in a good location for visiting the town. The hotel and rooms although clean are very tired and dated. The breakfast was good. However the reception staff were very unwelcoming and took no time to share any hotel information.they simply took my name and handed me my room card. Spoiled by a noisy person in the next room. Not the most comfortable bed either. Food and service was superb.
