I did a package with 8 days car parking. Parked the car and came back at the end of the trip to stay overnight having landed after midnight. There's no shuttle to the airport after midnight and despite being ripped off by a taxi for £20 the hotel reimbursed it. I was very impressed. They did everything possible to make the parking and the stay as easy as possible, a great team of staff, nice rooms and generally a high standard for an airport hotel. Will definitely stay again when travelling in or out of Manchester airport.

Prior to holiday stayed at doubletree by hilton, Manchester Airport. Booked evening meal. Alexandra booked us in, pleasant, informative and very kind. Asset to the evening team. Alongside her was Uresh, very pleasant young man. The gentleman who dealt with us throughout our meal was Hamza. Helpful, patient and pleasant. Every individual not British born, including our gentleman on reception, but with a positive work ethic. Wonderful team.

Absolutely terrible experience at the Hilton Manchester Airport. Paid nearly £200 for a night in a smelly room with no drinking water. The stench was unbearable—probably from cleaning everything (including toilets) with the same rag. Reception staff was shockingly rude and told me to “book somewhere else next time” when I complained. Disgusting attitude, zero professionalism, and a complete rip-off. Avoid this place unless you enjoy overpaying for disrespect and filth. Hilton should be ashamed.
