Stayed here for Mother’s Day. Neha was extremely professional, very polite. Our room smelt of cigarette, but because we came to the hotel late after a night out we reported it to Neha as we were checking out the next day. She was ever so apologetic and gave us a complimentary breakfast. Location was convenient to what we wanted to do. The rooms were clean except for the cigarette smell.
We had a great time! Ksenia is lovely.
It was a very pleasant stay, with all the facilities! Clean, well-equipped, and accessible. The staff is qualified and very friendly! I interacted with Ksenia at the reception, and checking in at the hotel was very easy. I highly recommend it!
Had a great time staying at Doubletree Chelsea. Very special thanks to Yin, amazing service and attitude. Shahrui, Neha, Revanth were good help during the stay. Will recommend staying here, close to nearby stations and river.
