Simply, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Let’s start with the positives. The hotel team were friendly and lovely and I cannot fault anyone who works there. Next, the room size was lovely (we stayed in a standard king). That is where the positives stop. ISSUE 1 - Poor layout. I was traveling with my mother who has mobility issues. We booked her an accessible room. The accessible room was the furthest room from the lift. That simply didn’t make sense to me. Very comfortable room for this brand new hotel. I really slept well. Nice breakfast . Very close from the train station.
Well like all Hilton hotels perfect in every way
Location for us was brill,staff are lovely and very helpful,and the food was amazing
