Poor rooms, cleanliness an issue too. Deeply unpleasant stay.
Stayed here for an overnight spa break, which included dinner & breakfast. Spa & treatment absolutely fantastic, staff friendly & welcoming. Room & Hotel very clean, unfortunately we were on floor 7 & air con in room didn't work. They did however try to compensate with a fan & air cooler unit, wasn't to bad but half way through night became extremely hot. The restaurant Koukash looks very inviting, it was a Sunday evening at 7pm so not many people in there( 10-15 max). The food was tasty once it arrived but the wait to be se... read more
